Gladman Developments
We work extensively with commercial and residential property developers and house-builders, helping them to achieve site-specific planning permissions for a range of different development types. We also assist developers in making representations to Core Strategy inquiries.
As an example, for Gladman Developments we recently provided supporting evidence on the potential economic and labour market impacts of an approximately 300 unit housing development scheme at Clayton-le-Woods in Chorley district, central Lancashire.
Result
The development was opposed by the local planning authority but succeeded at Appeal.
